You can use the same link to do it and follow the instructions on the screen. Unfortunately, beta testing is unavailable on Android devices without the Google Play Store, on iOS devices, or on Windows 10 devices. To participate in Mojang's beta testing program, you must be using an Android device that supports Google Play and you must own a copy of the game purchased through the Google Play Store.
